What if nobody is available for collection?

Someone aged 18 or over needs to be available to hand over and receive the keys at your collection and return times. If your plans change and nobody can be there, please let us know as early as possible so we can reschedule.

If the driver arrives and nobody is available to release or receive the vehicle, we may need to rearrange, and an attendance or re-collection fee could apply to cover the wasted trip. We will always tell you before any such fee is charged.

You can also nominate someone else to hand over the keys on your behalf.
