How does collection & delivery work?

With collection & delivery, you don't need to drive anywhere. At your chosen time, an authorised driver collects your vehicle from your home or workplace, takes it to be worked on, road-tests it where necessary, and returns it to you once the work is complete.

Before collection

• Have your keys ready and the vehicle accessible.
• Remove any valuables — please don't leave personal belongings in the car.
• Make sure someone aged 18 or over is available to hand over and receive the keys.

Keeping you updated

You will receive updates throughout, and your card is only charged after the work is completed and you are happy.
