Can I reject additional work?

Yes. Any additional work is only ever a recommendation until you approve it. When the mechanic sends you a revised quote, you can decline it — through your dashboard, or via the email or SMS we send you.

If you reject the extra work, you are not charged for it. In some cases the original repair can't be safely completed without the additional work; if that happens, our support team will help you decide the best next step, which may include returning the vehicle and only charging for work already agreed and completed.
