No additional chargeable work is carried out without your approval, unless it is required by law or necessary to prevent an immediate safety risk. You can approve or decline the extra work — the choice is yours.

If you decline, the mechanic may be unable to complete the original repair safely; in that case our team will help you decide the best next step.
