What is excluded from the warranty?

Our 12-month workmanship warranty covers faulty workmanship in the repair we carried out. Some things fall outside it:

• Fair wear and tear and consumables that have reached the end of their normal lifespan.
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or modification after the work was completed.
• Parts you supplied yourself rather than those fitted through Hon Car Service.
• Pre-existing or unrelated faults not part of the booked repair.
• Issues caused by continuing to drive after a fault appeared, where this made things worse.

Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. For the full terms, see our Warranty Information page. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
