What does the 12-month workmanship warranty cover?

Work carried out through Hon Car Service is covered by a 12-month or 12,000-mile workmanship warranty, whichever comes first, starting from the date the work is completed.

The warranty covers faulty workmanship in the repair carried out during your booking. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable, which varies by manufacturer and part type.

What's not covered

• Fair wear and tear and consumables beyond their normal lifespan.
• Damage from misuse, accident or modification.
• Parts you supplied yourself.
