Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel free of charge at any time before the mechanic is on their way to you, has ordered parts, or has begun preparing for the work. Because your card is only captured once the work is complete, cancelling beforehand means nothing is taken from your payment method.

After preparation has started

If the mechanic has already started travelling, ordered parts, or incurred costs, we may charge a reasonable cancellation or attendance fee to cover those costs. We will always tell you before any such fee is charged.

Rescheduling

You can reschedule free of charge up to 12 hours before your slot. Within 12 hours, a small admin fee may apply because the mechanic has already prepared.
