Cars, vans, pickups and light commercial vehicles up to 3.5t. Most makes & models including EVs (we have a network of HV-certified mechanics). For HGVs over 3.5t we partner with specialist fleet workshops — ask us during the discovery call.
For planned work, we arrange a slot that fits around your operating hours. Response times for breakdowns and urgent work depend on your location and plan — we'll agree these with you when we set up your account.
Yes — one consolidated monthly PDF invoice with a CSV breakdown by vehicle, depot, cost centre, and PO if you use them. 30-day payment terms as standard, BACS or direct debit.
Tell us which fleet management system you use and we'll talk you through the options when we set up your account. We're happy to discuss your reporting and data requirements as part of your fleet plan.
MOTs must legally happen at a DVSA-approved testing centre, so for these we offer collect & return — the mechanic picks the vehicle up from your depot, gets the MOT done, completes any minor remedial work the same day, and returns it. You never have to organise it.
Small fleet tier is month-to-month, cancel any time. Mid-size and Enterprise are typically 12-month contracts (which is what unlocks the bigger discounts), but we'll negotiate shorter terms for the first year if you'd prefer to try us first.
